The house is a open plan with lots of space and includes a huge kitchen / lounge and outdoor entaining area.It is fully furnished, however a tenant could provide their own bedroom furniture if desired.The 4th bedroom is a study/storage/spare bed .Off street parking is avaliable The house is located within 4 mins walk to the Oat street station with the express train into the CBD and is also on a direct route provided to Curtin University via bus.which is a 5 minute drive away. House full of books and occasionally people looking for an awesome housemate. We are looking for someone who's looking for a room in a home, not just a roof over their heads. We talk to and support each other and hope the same from you. We are flexible in most of the house rules... Except for no food in the shower and no death in the house. There's a roaming weeping angel hiding somewhere though, so watch out for that. Neither of us are neat freaks, we keep the place mostly clean, but I'm careful about when I invite my mother over. The room is currently got some furniture in it, which is why the photo is the only stock photo. You can either use the furniture or move it outside. There is also a 4th room which current has 1 desk in it (desk is mine, I barely use it), but there's space for you as well. Fair warning, the house is old and can be quite cold. When we are home we are hibernating in the lounge room with the gas heater. I can't wait for summer. We try to be a socialable house (run by two mostly introverts). We host games/movie nights when time allows. Join in or not as you like. The house is super close to the Carlisle train station and only slightly less close to Oats St train station. Our house meetings, called as we like, usually consist of "any issues" "no" "also no". All bills split evenly, unlimited NBN internet available (~$28), Netflix.
