The room is the nicest room in the house. It is very large, and has exceptional views. We are high on a hill, so the breezes are fantastic. Great for summer. Even though, the room is fully airconditioned, and has large wardrobe space. New carpets, freshly painted. It comes with it own ensuite. The room has it's own entrance. So not only use the main door of the house, but you have your own entrance to your room. The house has just been fully renovated, so is all very clean and tidy. The house itself is huge, so everyone has heaps of space to themselves. It comes with an fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and lounge room. The pool gets plenty of use in summer, and has a great outdoor space. There is shared undercover parking. Or there is space on street parking as well, as it is a very quiet street. Yes and we do have high speed internet witch is included.
