Located in Eatons Hill and positioned on acreage I have available 4 bedrooms. Each room has a digital security lock to ensure maximum privacy. There is a large common room downstairs with split system air-conditioning, entertainment area and gymnasium. Right outside is a giant brand new pool that has been built into the hillside of the property which will always be available upon request. As there are already animals on the property I can not accept anymore besides small reptiles or fish that can be kept in your room. All the bills (water, electricity and unlimited Wi-Fi) is included in the rental amount. Always happy for tenants to have people over during the day and the occasional piss up as long as I am made aware to notify other tenants. I am extremely easy going and will remain that way as long as our initial agreement upon commencing tenancy is followed. If you have a drug, alcohol or gambling addiction or a history of thieving you will not last long here so please don't waste your own time. Although the property is situated on a quite block we are still very close to everything including the EH which is just up the road. There are multiple bathrooms located both up and downstairs in the house which are paired of to their closest rooms. I am looking for fun friendly people with a positive outlook on life that are employed and have a great deal of integrity. The unit is apart of 'Petrie on the Park' unit complex. It is a beautiful, quiet place with a friendly community. The location is great as it looks out on the Park and is close to the Petrie Train Station and is a 9 minute walk (1 minute drive) to the local woolworths. So this place would also suit someone without a car. The Strathpine Westfield and North Lakes Shopping Centre are just 10-15 minutes away. There is also an on-site swimming pool. This unit is on the bottom floor so you won't have to cart things upstairs and it will be much cooler. The unit is brand new and I have just recently moved in 3 days ago. You would get your own private bathroom and tiled courtyard. The unit comes with a dishwasher, clothes dryer, oven, cook top, air conditioning (main and living area) and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. As I have only just moved in, the unit is currently only semi-furnished with a large fridge, washing machine, kitchen appliances, utensils and recently a table. I am holding off purchasing new furniture in case my new housemate has living room furniture of their own (so we don't double up and have to store some - there is a lockable storage area under the unit if required). If not, I would be happy to purchase some more furniture in the future. The internet is with Dodo and is unlimited. In regards to parking your car, there are visitor car parks close to the unit which you could use. The real estate also will consider pets under 15kg. A certain amount of water usage is included in the rent so we will only have to pay for water if we go over that amount.
Gday! I have a quiet, modern, lowest brick house in a friendly neighbourhood. with great neighbours that are friendly but keep to themselves and they don't play loud music that's a bonus. There's lots of space and I keep it pretty clean and tidy. It has a great private back yard and courtyard and a low maintenance yard that I take care of. It has a built in barbeque, air conditioning in the lounge and ceiling fans in the bedrooms which are carpeted and has two big built in wardrobes. remote control double garage. Security Screens on all windows and doors and flyscreens on all windows, Kitchen has built in dishwasher, close to Warner shops or Strathpine.
