It's a 2 storey townhouse in a lovely suburb. Easy access to shops, gym, obahn (and a very close bus that goes straight to the city). Both sides of the house have balconies, with the 2 back bedrooms sharing. I think the view of the hills are great! Downstairs is very roomy, with a walk in pantry and under the stairs storage. Bathroom w/shower/laundry downstairs and upstairs has a big bathroom with shower and a bath. It is a gated house. Unfortunately no pets allowed

It's 250 per week between however many of us there are, plus an even split on bills (power, water, gas and internet). I've had trouble with my current housemate paying bills on time, so if (by contrast) you are fairly reliable with money we'll get along fine. I have a cat, so whatever pets you have must be good with cats. NO AGGRO DOGS! It's got a big yard, and the oven is new. We have a room for rent from the 7th of November in Campbelltown SA. The room can be available sooner if you need it. Bond is $600. Rent is $100/week. The 178 & 174 buses are a couple of minutes' walk away, and we're pretty near Linear Park. It's also pretty easy to get to Paradise Interchange from here.
