I love this flat because its in a great suburb close to the Rockpool, The Strand and the beach. It's light and bright, and being on the top floor, its very private with great views from the balcony and wonderful cross breezes. I love running up and down the stairs. I like the contribution to my fitness :) Fortunately you don't need to carry furniture up, that's all been done for you. Parking behind the building or on the street is super easy. Cycling down to the beach and cafes along The Strand is heaven. There are also lots of great shops just a walk around the corner. Very handy. The flat is fully furnished and equipped with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen things. Just bring your suitcase and tooth brush. The furniture is new, modern, fresh and stylish. It looks beautiful. It has kind of a beachy, coast feel. It is a lovely environment. The bedrooms are really large, with a queen sized bed, European pillows, bedside tables, doona and really beautiful linen, bedside lamp, floor to ceiling wardrobe, study desk, chair, desk lamp and a tall bookshelf. There is a big double window, with blackout curtains so you can sleep in. The room is 4m x 4m with lots of space. The bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated. Fresh and bright. Bathroom linen is provided. There is a front loading washing machine and separate laundry with clothes line. The TV is SMART, so you can connect your Netflix account. Internet and reasonable air conditioning, electricity and water are included in the rent. Takes all the pain out of moving house. Nothing for you to worry about. Off street parking is available. The housemate/s in the bedroom below have their own refrigerator and share the common areas, kitchen and lounge. The downstairs studio bedroom is coming available. The housemates are sociable, active but quiet. Its definitely not a party house. Its always been a combination of working professionals, post graduate students and international travelers on working holiday visas.
Large property close to the city and the strand with a view of Castle Hill. We get a great breeze through the house which reduces the need for aircon in the summer. Each room has aircon and ceiling fans, the front rooms have roller shutters for complete darkness. We have a large backyard and undercover area for entertaining. Undercover off street parking is available. We are dog friendly people, and have a 12 year old Bullmastiff cross and a 4 year old King Charles Cavalier. There are two spare rooms to choose from, and you would have sole use of the main bathroom. Non smokers only thanks.
Townhouse with 3 bedrooms and a box room. Upstairs sleeping accomodation, downstairs living and dining. Great quiet spot one street back from Bundock Street. Have been slowly collecting household items. Only thing left is to get a TV for the living area. I have beds, washing machine, big fridge/freezer. BBQ area, patio.

We are close to Castletown and City in a quiet area. Bus are located at Casteltown to all parts of Townsville. The rooms are large as is house. The rooms are fully furnished including sheets and towels and the kitchen is basic however all utensils are there.. You only need your clothes. There are two bedroom downstairs with your own kitchen and bathroom. We all share the laundry. The third room can be made available for a recreational or study area.. Pool and BBQ on property as well as many outside quiet areas. The downstairs has its own access and parking is straight outside that access.
