We are looking for someone who is: - currently employed - tidy and helpful - respectful and honest - aged between 23 and 35 We are laid back, friendly people and have been in share houses together for the last 6 years. We enjoy catching up on TV series in the afternoons, heading to the movies, or hitting the beach on the weekends. We try to keep the place tidy so we appreciate your help vacuuming and mopping once a week and keeping the kitchen clean for the next person. The bedroom fits a queen size bed, has a built in robe, and there is extra storage available in the spare rooms and hall closet. You will only share the bathroom with occasional guests. Should you desperately need a bed, we have one in the guest room we can lend you until you can find one of your own. The living area is air-conditioned to help us survive these ridiculous heat waves. Rent will be $140/wk (2 weeks paid upfront) and paid via scheduled transfer. We hold the lease until February 2018. Happy to negotiate a space in the garage if you need to lock up a work vehicle. Bills will be split evenly and if you would like to use the connected NBN we would require an extra $10/month. We have a friendly indoor/outdoor greyhound x. If you would prefer to bring your own bedroom furniture, I can arrange my stuff to be moved :)

Hey Guys! I've just bought a Townhouse at the Tilbury complex in Upper Coomera. I'm a 23 year old single male and am looking for someone to rent a room, and also provide some good company! Townhouse is due for completion late Feb so i'll be looking for someone to move in pretty well straight away (Once finished). You'll have your own bedroom (They're really well sized with big double sliding door wardrobes), plus the whole bathroom upstairs to yourself (There's also a toilet downstairs, so even when guests are over they wont be using your bathroom). Room has never been lived in, and will be unfurnished. The place has a 1 car garage that i'll use, however you'll be able to park in the driveway or plenty of guest parks that are super close. My particular townhouse is one of only 7 that is poolside and has views to surfers, a real nice place to live. The complex has a pool (That my townhouse is right beside), bbq facilities plus views to surfers paradise (From the lounge room). As the townhouse is nearing completion I would be able to organise an inspection, we could run through mine and then the display townhouse so you get an idea of what to expect once finished. There is Air con in the lounge room, and you'll have a ceiling fan in your room as well. The photos i've put up are of the display townhouse, which is the same as mine (Except the view out the back).
