The unit is small, but cosy. There is a lounge area, kitchen, laundry, garage, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and an outside grassed courtyard with a garden bed and picnic table. The unit is fully furnished and you would be using all my kitchen/household appliances, etc. The bedroom has a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a double door built-in cupboard. I also have a small desk, chair and mirror if needed. Depending on the size of your car, there is off street parking. Plenty of on street parking. Some space in the garage for storage, but not a lot. There is aircon (heat/cool) in the living area. BBQ outside. Bus stop right out the front. Great central location, close to Bay Village shops, Killarney Vale shops, Long Jetty, and walking distance to a 24/hr Coles Express. Located a block away from a walking pathway on the lake edge, leading to Chittaway and The Entrance. Utilities and NBN internet are included in the weekly rent. Partners and friends are welcome to stay every now and then for no more than a couple of nights at a time, but I’m not looking for an unofficial third housemate. ;)

We're looking for someone to share a large modern, luxury house in Long Jetty with two small kids. Our property has three bathrooms, an additional outdoor kitchen, lovely outdoor entertaining area and hot outdoor shower. It's fully furnished (note - not the furniture in photos - this was previous owners), however can accommodate an extra TV. So all you need to move in is yourself; your mattress; your personal items. Room has a double bed and large wardrobe, with your own massive bathroom (used only occasionally for kid's bath) and tv point. House has NBN with wi-fi and has two yards - a front & back yard and security gates to the property. It also has ducted a/con which heats / cools down VERY quickly. Also has gas cooktop and instantaneous gas hot water heating - so we NEVER run out of hot water. 700mtr walk to both Shelly Beach & Tuggerah Lake (where pathway is between The Entrance & Chittaway Point) and 500mtrs to walk to Shelly Beach Golf Club - very handy.
