Hi I am Dave. I have a comfortable split level house, 20 minutes walk to the train station. The house has a big yard, and a back balcony with lots of birds and a BBQ, and is on a very quiet street with natural gas connected. The room has a new and comfortable Queen bed with linen provided, and has built in wardrobes. I have a reliable 200GB of internet on a monthly plan. My current flatmate bought a house and is moving out in October. Rent is negotiable.
The house is elevated with s balcony which overlooks the mountains it gets plenty of sunshine and has many windows accentuating the view. There is parking available either in the carport or behind it or on the street ( carport space can be negotiated). The main bathroom has a bath and a shower with a separate room off the laundry for a toilet. There are two showers and two toilets. Its a nice house to live in.

There is a balcony off the lounge with lighting nice for those hot summer evenings. The main bathroom is shared. There is a bath 2 showers and two toilets as my room has sn ensuite. The total weekly rent is 260 a week. I would prefer that we bought our own food and could negotiate some kitty items. Would enjoy sharing a meal occasionally though. I am a registered nurse and am trying to get fit snd heathy by sticking to a diet and going to the gym. I am not a neat freak but like to keep the house reasonably clean. The landlord has to approve the flatmate so the usual real estate checks apply.
