The X92 bus is across the street(45mins to city), 3/4 minutes walk in opposite direction is ANZAC Parade and L94 bus. There is a/c in the living room and a large Smart Tv. This is not a party house. Property is great: a semi detached house (early 20th century- and therefore cool in the Summer) and less than 4 minutes walk from the beach. The house is also 1 minute walk from all the express bus stops into town for the morning commute: x73, x77 etc and there is a butcher, fishmonger and Woolworths nearby. The house itself is very well finished because the owners moved out and began renting their old house so it's not finished like some of these awful investor properties are. The house situation is 3 bedooms; large kitchen; a large bathroom with bath and shower; and, two seperate living areas, we have the first one set up with TV and couches (this is usually where the sport gets watched) and the second in the backroom which has a gas heater in it (gas is FREE) as well as the French window patio doors. This is currently set up with a couch, dining room table and chairs, beer fridge, a desk and office chair for working from home. The bedroom itself has great storage and is easily large enough for a Queen sized bed; I currently have a queen, two bedside tables and a seperate desk/chair which all works fine given the space. Also, it has a nice window with fly screen which is something I have found to be incredible useful! Ceiling fan is also there but the house, due to its design and construction, is never overly hot. For the furnishings, there is the potential to buy a Queen bed, two bedside tables and a small table- let me know in advance as I can take these with me. House has broadband, netflix, kayo sports, a gas BBQ (which is attached to the main and, as I said above, the gas is FREE), BBQ area, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hobs, good oven and outdoor washing lines. Lastly, if you're the sort of person who likes a beach run or swim in the morning (as I occasionally do), jogging from the house to the sand is two minutes (and I am pretty unfit!). Great cafes abound and coogee bay road is only a 5 minute walk. Move in date can be flexible! Anything else, just ask me.

The building also has a swimming pool, spa, and small gym in the basement that is free to use. There is a park right across, and a number of nice cafes around the neighbourhood. Rent is $250/week. Internet and utilities are paid separately. Bond is 4 weeks worth of rent. We would really prefer a female flatmate to occupy this room.
