Matt is a shift worker who is neat tidy, respectful and friendly. The main bathroom would be shared with myself, Louise. I'm a older lady who is very busy, rarely home and is fairly quiet, respects peoples privacy but happy to chat. There is also a carport, for you to park your car in. A veggie garden and a abundance of native wildlife on the property. Its a 5 minute drive to Chrinside park shopping centre, the Yarra river is just a short walk away and its only 15 minutes to Eastlink, Its perfect for those who enjoy nature, like their privacy and living in a neat tidy friendly household. Our residents come from a variety of professions including administration, healthcare, education, and hospitality. There is a mix of male and female residents. The home offers quiet, clean, secure and affordable accommodation. It is newly renovated and landscaped, with a well zoned floorplan. The home is much bigger than it looks from the street and from photos. The home is perfectly located a short distance to shops, hospitals, recreational facilities, the new Box Hill Tafe Campus, and public transport. A walk to Lilydale Station would take around 15 mins. There is a bus stop (Bus No. 677) , just a couple of minutes walk from the house. The bus will take you direct to the station or on to Chirnside Park Shopping Centre. We are located opposite the Gateway Reserve, so perfect for the morning (or afternoon) jog. Lots of open spaces and VERY quiet area.
