There is currently no internet as it was organised by one of the housemates that are leaving but I am looking at sourcing as soon as household is full. Internet will also not be included in rent.

Googong is a new township, 7-8 mins drive behind Queanbeyan. 25-30mins from Manuka, Woden and Tuggeranong. It has a nice safe community feel and friendly vibe.
Vegetarian/Vegan house The apartment has two decent sized rooms. Master bedroom has ensuite which I am planning to take. The other room comes with a separate spacious bathroom too. The apartment is not like one of those cramped apartments. It has space. It is on 2nd floor but no lift, only stairs. The living area is decent size with electric cooking. There is a balcony attached with living area and a separate store room is also available. The apartment is close to community swimming pool and gyms and shopping places (Hyperdome) and restaurants are not too far either. All within 5-10 minutes of walk. The rent will be $250 + utility billls (electricity, water and internet) split in half.
