We will have internet connected (and this may be included in the rent) and a cool relaxing outdoor balcony area to relax. The apartment will be furnished apart from the room rented so you won't need to bring anything. We would love to have a pet in our apartment (a small dog) but at the moment our strata company hasn't advised us if this is aloud. We don't have any strict house rules but apart from being clean and tidy (which is only normal). This new complex is also expecting a coles to be built and also has loads of street parking.
We are a great little family unit... There is myself, my 7 year old son and two fur babies !! One old dog and one young cat. We love living in this area as it's nice quiet, you will have a medium size room with a built in wardrobe, and Internet. The love of kids and animals are a must !!

The flat is furnished and I am willing to compromise on furniture and artwork if you have any. Water is included in the rent and there is an air conditioning unit in the living room. Unlimited data internet (with wifi) is $30 a month, electricity works out to about $30 a month each. Not sure about gas at this stage. There is a very small storage area in the garage downstairs, though it is not secure.
