Our home is a large place in Earlwood, close to to the Cook's River which is perfect if you want to enjoy a leisurely ride or run. Canterbury station is a brisk 10 minute walk away, and Dulwich Hill isn't far if you're craving a decent coffee. It's a large, two level free standing house, with 5 bedrooms, two toilets and a good sized courtyard-style back yard for BBQ's and entertaining. We have a double garage which houses a pool table (and other assorted stuff), and two parking spaces off the street (although on street parking is never an issue). There's a lounge room with a TV hooked up to Netflix/Chromecast, which opens into the kitchen. The kitchen has gas cook tops, oven, two microwaves (yeah, probably excessive), sandwich press and a coffee machine (aw yiss). We try to keep the place pretty clean and tidy, but aren't going to have an aneurysm if you leave a dish out every once in a while. We all try to contribute to the cleaning etc to keep the place in decent shape.

Slightly longer by train. It can take 20 minutes to drive â€“ but not in peak hours. My place is 1.4km from either railway station â€“ Lakemba or Kingsgrove. The flat is mostly furnished, and the available bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Double bed and desk currently in the room.
