Our house in Avalon is 100m from the beach and main shops. Its a large open plan house newly renovated: - Rent includes all utilities and bills - New large bathroom (an awesome bath!) -Netflix and Foxtel -unlimited wifi -Huge leafy backyard -veggie patch -firepit - 2 huge decks. one at front and one at back - BBQ - Gas kitchen - Lovable dog (Cherry the staffy) - laundry (washer/dryer) This Master bedroom is available from the end of march for 4 months while myself and my fiance are travelling. The room itself is huge and fully furnished. It also has a large walk in robe and its own ensuite. Additionally there is a separate entry with direct access onto the front deck.
