The unit is fully furnished as we have lived here for a few years but if you have your own furniture we are happy to be flexible with space. The spare bedroom is currently unfurnished and comes with a walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The house has air conditioning in all main living spaces and bedrooms.

It’s a really well situated house, just next to a bus stop which takes about 10-20 minutes to get into the city (depending on peak hour.) Driving takes about 5 minutes. Or you can cycle which takes about 15 minutes. There's various restaurants within walking distance as well as a Coles or you can drive to woolies which is just around the corner. The room has a whole heap of wardrobe space (an entire wall's worth) as well as an ensuite which you'll share with one other housemate. The rent for the room is $105 a week and we share bills (which roughly equate to 20-25 dollars a week)

There is a Coles and Foodland 5 minutes walk from the house. There are also some gyms, yoga, pilates studios within walking distance. The property has a small backyard with some small plants and trees and a nice living room connected with the kitchen. Very cozy and clean environment. The bedroom is suitable only for 1 person. No couples. I'm sorry. As we only have one bathroom, it would be hard to share it between 3 people. At the bedroom you will have a double bed, desk with a chair and a chest of 3 drawers. You don't need to bring any furniture, just your personal belongings. Kitchen contains all the appliances: kettle, toaster, microwave, blender... Cook top is gas and there is also an oven. We have a smart TV connected to internet in the living room. In the backyard there is a gas bbq. Street parking available, without restrictions.
