The house has gas heating, and is fully furnished... Fridge, washing machine, TV, couches, double bed, all cutlery/plates/kitchen utensils, outdoor setting, pergola, dining table etc.... Internet is provided and water/electricity is split. I have 2 kelpie/collie X's who are exclusively outdoor dogs, but definitely core members of the household - so you'd need to be OK with dogs to a certain extent. They are in the photos. ( just need to bring your bedroom furniture) Bedroom is a decent size and can easily fit a queen or double bed. Current tenants are two girls both 26 working and studying. We also have one cool dude dog, he likes pats so must love dogs. Student are okay, but Ideally we who love someone who is around the same age and who has a steady income.
