The house is decorated with the random odds and ends I have collected over the years but there is free wall space for art and I am happy to accommodate any quirky odds and ends you may want to add. The house itself is on the small side (so we will need to ensure that our lifestyles/schedules are compatible) but the property features a private outdoor courtyard area with a BBQ, hammock and space to chill plus I work away on a regular schedule which will ensure you have time to yourself. My place has ducted heating and cooling in every room, bbq, Netflix, internet and a nice outdoors area and I also have a spare room which is study/second lounge that my housemate can use :) your room also has a built in wardrobe.
