This is a very large property with a modern 5 level, largely glass constructed house situated in a very private surrounding suburban bushland with your bedroom overlooking Pittwater and Scotland Island with your own balcony. This is a very unique house, with a large waterfall running under the front of your room which depending in what you like can be beautifully relaxing night and day but at times in heavy rain can be a little noisy. Some parts of the house are still being constructed so I need people to understand some areas may be considered a little dangerous to kids. Hi there, I am going to move back to Europe, therefore I am looking for someone to take over my room. The date is flexible, I can move out now if necessary. The minimum stay is till October, but you can extend the lease. The whole place is renovated and very clean. There is a shared bathroom, laundery, kitchen with living area and a terrace with a garden. You can also enjoy new BBQ in the garden. The place is furnished (bed, waredrobe etc), however I can move some things if you need. There is also privat parking availible with a hose and if you don't have a car, the bus stop is only few meters from the house. Cafes and organic local grocery is only few min by walking. It's very beautiful area, only 15 min by car from Palm Beach. To Bilgola lookout and Beach it takes only few min to drive. The place is fully furnished with build in wardrobe, washing mashine, dishwasher, dryer, outdoor drying line and new BBQ.
