We do often have friends over and family from interstate or overseas, but none of that should affect you at all as there is more than enough room to do your own thing. If you love to entertain, we have a fantastic formal dining room with a fireplace and lovely antique dining table which seats 10. It's quite an amazing room - will remind you of a traditional English manor. Pre-dinner cocktails can be held in the stunning formal drawing room....or perhaps even in the huge underground cellar! It's by no means a party house, but if you appreciate having a few close friends over for dinner and drinks, it would make my day to see these spaces being thoroughly enjoyed (and obviously respected!). Our home is a 1 minute walk to the bus stop, which takes you to Fremantle. 2 minutes walk to the city bus stop, 5 minutes to Cottesloe Train Station. Short walk to Coles, Woolworths, IGA. Lovely restarants and bars are a short walk away: Rodney's, Samson's Paddock, Lamont's, Suburban Table, Nasi Lemak Korner, Tsunami, Lido, Van's Cimbalino, Elba etc. We are also a 10 minute walk to the beach or the river. It seriously is the perfect location. Great for anyone working in the city, Fremantle or anywhere in between. Also a short bus ride to UWA so perfect for uni students. I'm also happy to look at arrangements for people with a child as there is a trundle bed in the single room, which could go on teh floor in either room although it will be a little tight.

Awesome location, walk to the beach! Swanbourne is one of the best Suburbs in Perth. It's 12 mins walk to the beach through native bushland. 15 mins walk to the train station,. which takes you direct to Perth or Fremantle (the best of both worlds).
