Perfect location - Right next to the train station and super close to the beach with a lovely patch of lawn and vegetable garden out the back too. The Flat: Is really close to UWA (5 mins on the bus) and in the middle of Claremont - less than a 10 mins walk from the Claremont shops and train. Cottesole beach is a 5 minute drive away. There are bus stops going both ways directly outside. Opposite is a Chinese restaurant and pizza place. There is also a pharmacy, gym and doctor's office 2mins walk away. Although this is on the highway the flat is set back a little so it's quite quiet. It is also thoroughly renovated with a 27m2 decked private courtyard and reverse cycle A/C in the living room, a dishwasher, a washing machine a BBQ, a projector and ADSL 2+ Wifi. Technically the flat only has one parking bay but there are several owners in the flats who don't have a car so for the past two years I've parked in one of the spare bays and leave my bay for my housemate. This could potentially change I guess but I think we'll always be able to work something out. There are two bays of guest parking out the front. The building is quite small - just 11 flats (some are holiday homes) so the two visitor bays are usually unused. Our house is right near the river (Blackwall Reach and Pointwalter a two minute drive, with other parts of the river in walking distance!) Five minute drive to Fremantle, and three minute drive to the Left Bank, Dome and Bicton Baths. The property is on a large block, with lots of garden and a shed. There is also a lot of space for parking. Wifi is available! And we have a barbecue and covered outdoor area which is nice for both summer and winter :)
It's a great location right in the heart of North Fremantle. Cafes, restaurants, and bars across the road. The beach and Fremantle is a nice 5 minute bike ride, plus train stop and bus stop a few minutes walk. There is a great little community in the town houses surrounding. Each room is cosy but have a built in wardrobe, it's a big shared bathroom, open living area, cute back yard, and I just finished a veggie garden. I don't have wifi at the moment but want to get it in some time next week. I'm away a lot and I Airbnb my room, so the house has to be reasonably tidy when a guest arrives, it's really relaxed and they are nice people, Airbnb have a good filter.

It takes about 5 minutes to get to the heart of Fremantle. Its not far off the main road so super close to bus stops also :) I absolutely love living here. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a study and a huge huge huge lounge/living room and the added bonus is the beautiful pool/chill out area. I'm looking to rent the spare room out to the right person. The place is fully furnished, but your welcome to bring your own bedroom furniture. Looking at around $200pw incl all bills, Netflix and unlimited internet.
