The house is a brilliant place to live. It's a good size, its in a excellent neighbourhood, it has the nicest backyard to chill out in, and most importantly it is within walking distance of North Street Store and their epic cinnamon rolls! The room on offer is the sole bedroom on the 1st floor at the back of the house, which has an ensuite and massive walk-in wardrobe. Perfect for a couple or a single. The house will be unfurnished, so you will need to have your own bedroom furniture, but I will be bringing in furniture soon once I take over the lease. Alternatively if you have furniture that would want to contribute to the house then even better! The house is truly a warm, welcoming and easy place to live. The current housemates all love it, and now with summer on the go, being so close to the beach is a huge advantage. You can jump down for a quick swim whenever you feel like it and then come back to grab coffee and cinnamon rolls at North Street Store. Mosman Park has the beach on one side and the Swan River the other side, with plenty to do. Fremantle city is a 10min drive away, Close to public transport; by train Fremantle is 2 stops away and bus to UWA is straight down Stirling Hwy. Rodneys is around the corner, the beach isn't too far away either. The place isn't a party house but its big enough to be social or crank the tunes at times.
