Our home is perfect for summer- it is only a 7 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of cafes within short walking distance (Daisies, Kirkwood Deli, Grounded Days) plus Swanbourne shops, Eric St IGA, Napoleon Street and all the amenities of the Cottesloe foreshore are nearby. Grant Street train station is a 3 minute walk away. The house has two separate living spaces - an oversized lounge room out the front and a north-facing kitchen and meals area at the back of the house which gets lovely afternoon light. The master bedroom on offer is huge, with inbuilt robes and a large ensuite bathroom with French doors. We have a big grassed backyard with wooden deck, a hammock and a barbeque. We try to grow our own herbs, and have plenty of olives and lemons all year around. We brew our own kombucha plus have loads of free beer! Apple TV, Netflix and Stan are all included. We already have most things that a house could possibly need (including too many guitars), but we are happy if you want to set up your items in the house. There is plenty of secure storage if you require that, plus there is a 4th bedroom which we keep as spare.

I have just moved to a lovely older home in Mosman Park, great location, park across the road, 2 streets from Station. A nice walk to the river and the beach is about 10 minutes’ walk. I share my home with my kelpie girl who could do with some more company as I work in Fremantle and spend the working day there. The house is rather nice, still putting things in place to make it workable and nice. The ceilings are high and airy, with plenty of storage space with big shed, courtyards and garden. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom which again is new and clean, even a bath.

We have 2 rooms that have become available in our beautiful beach house in Mosman Park. Peaceful and secure 4 bedroom house with a great front yard , bbq area and patio. Its 800m to the beach, 200m to Coles and shops/bars and right on the Freo train line! Looking for a fun, clean, respectable and professional person to move in. I live with my partner but we have our own room and ensuite at the back of the house. Don't worry, we are not the public affection type so there will be no awkward cuddles on the couch whilst we are all hanging out watching tv :) One room is large and one slightly smaller. Both with new carpet, aircon, big windows with lots of natural lighting. The bigger room has 3 huge built in wardrobes with full-length mirror. The other room has a big wardrobe to. The main bathroom has just been renovated and all totally brand new with a big free standing bath, huge new frameless shower and lots of room with a new vanity and storage. We all work fulltime, love a few drinks and big cook ups on the weekends and spending quality time with friends and family. We have a dog called bear who can be a little shy but is a big softy and loves a cuddle once he gets to know you! He loves his dog mates so if have a furry friend, this wouldn't be an issue. The house has FOXTEL and that is included. Bills not included in the price, internet, electricity etc can be discussed though. There is a huge new washing and dryer in the house too! There is a spare room which we keep empty so If you ever have friends or family needing to stay then it comes in super handy.
