It is a beautiful and old place, full of character, on a super quiet street, close to Mosman Park shops (supermarkets, restaurants, Rodney's and the train station). We are in a real great location about a ten minute walk to either the river or the beach. The room is a large front room with two windows, beautiful high ceilings and old jarra flooring. We have a pool but it's currently empty and covered (waiting for summer) and a backyard with a couple veggie patches here and there. Our preference is for a couple in their 20s or 30s. We are just about to move into this beautiful property in Swanbourne. A 1 minute walk to the train station, 2 minutes to Swanbourne shops with cafes restaurants and an iga and a 5 minute drive to the beach, it really is the ideal location for anyone going to work on the train line, uni students or anyone who enjoys the beach and an active lifestyle.
