The house is fairly old but is in great condition as it has been newly renovated. The outside still requires some work, however I will be building a garage and painting the outside shortly. Hi everyone, My partner and I have been sharing this house with another couple for almost 2 years now. The other couple is moving out in late November and their bedroom will be available for rent from the 25th. The house is furnished except from the bedroom. There are 2 off street car parks which are shared equally between the couples. The house is a few meters from the beach, which is amazing if you practice any water sport or enjoy going for a run/ bike ride alongside the ocean. The closest train station is Mosman Park and is a 5 minutes walk from the house. We have a big backyard which is a great spot to have barbecues with friends. We also started to grow our own veggies.

The rooms are for rent at 150 and 175 per week. Bills can be included in the rent for a flat $25 per week each or divided evenly on a pro rata basis, (i.e. if a housemate is away for a significant amount of time, it will be reflected in their share of the bill) The house is furnished with the exception of the bedrooms so you may furnish and decorate them to your own taste. Whats great about the place? - Near the end of a cul-de-sac in a nice neighbourhood with friendly, chilled out neighbours - Huge back yard - Swanbourne beach is a beautiful clean spot that is never crowded and is only a 15 minute walk through Allen Park - Cafes: The Daily, The Other Side and North Street store all serve great coffee and are all less than a 10 minute walk away. North street store also bakes awesome bread! The IGA and bottle shop are just a short walk away too - Public transport: 8 minute walk to Swanbourne train station which will take you to Fremantle or the City in 15 - 20 minutes. The 102 bus stops just around the corner and will get you to UWA also in just under 20 minutes I've been living here for about 3 years and it's been great. The land lady is lovely (hates doing inspections) and has been quick to respond to any maintenance issues that have come up. A great house to live in if you want to focus but still sit back relax and enjoy the evening. It is a student/professional house and not a party house. However, we like to share a meal and catch up over a glass of wine when we get the chance. Good vibes! Easy living. House is clean but lived in. Everyone helps out at rent inspections and does their bit to tidy up after themselves when needed. Its a big house with a massive back yard and shed for storage or hanging. The pics really don't do the place justice. Smoking is outside only. And we have a rather timid cat and sooky dog :) Everything in working order. Gas hot water and oven. Dishwasher. Beautiful front porch to sit and drink a tea or coffee on with lots of nice trees on the property. Composting bokashi in kitchen and larger outdoor compost. Nice pot plant collection which is always growing and hopefully a veggie patch in the coming months.
This house is great. Its modern, well organised and well equipped. Its 2min to the bus, and 5mins to the train station. Two stops one way takes you to Subiaco, and 2 stops the other way to Claremont. You only have to clean your own mess, the cleaner takes care of the toilets, showers, floors and general house cleaning. You are welcome to use the lovely garden spots to sit, the barbecue and pool. The house is air conditioned and in a lovely quiet street with a cul-de-sac at one end and a park at the other. House rules are common sense: respect fellow house mates, and take a normal length shower. Singles only, sorry no couples.
