Bond is also 2 weeks, which is refundable with a $50 once off cleaning fee.
You would be sharing with a couple so they can save for a holiday/pay more off their mortgage. The room has a queen bed, a cupboard and airconditioning and is a reasonable size. The house is lovely and the views of park, river and distant city gorgeous. Jogs/walks/swims in parks and river literally on your doorstep. Beaches a short bike ride away and all that Freo has to offer. Plenty of off street parking. Bikes and canoe available. From previous experience we definately want people who work full time. The houseshares that worked best for us here were with people who were travelling and so didn't bring a lot of extra stuff into house and weren't staying indefinately. I realize this makes us sound a little fussy but like everyone else we think we are pretty easy going. We really don't mind who joins us as long as they work full time and don't bring extra furniture. The location is beautiful so if you don't like us you can ignore us- a drink and the view is excellent company on the porch or by taking our dog (impossible not to like) for a walk along the river! Also free eggs from our chickens Finger and Lickin'.
North Fremantle! it really doesn't get better 5 minuet walk to the amazing Leighton beach and only a quick 2 minuet stroll to the north Fremantle train station ! Located near the town house are many cafes and cute places to eat out at if your into that. The room its self has a large wardrobe and ample amount of space for a double bed desk if preferred. The house is fully furnished- washing machine, dishwasher, bbq. off street parking is available but public transport is very accessible as well. The price is rent and includes water, power, Internet ( Bills). Room available now until the 19th of feb and could be extended if we take the lease on again.

Ideal for student but will be perfect for anyone looking to be close to everything. We also have a large BBQ available for use as long as you clean up after yourself and chip in for gas :) Washing machine within the flat so you save your coinage. The front lawn is perfect for sunset drinks with views of the river, parks and the city skyline. The back yard is half paved, half lawn with a grape vine, an apple tree and a lemon tree...and of course a bbq and beer fridge, ideal for summer afternoons! We have a formal living room, an open plan living and dining area and a separate kitchen with a walk in pantry. Two bathrooms and two toilets. There are four rooms in total, but we are currently looking to fill one which is located in it's own section of the house, away from the other bedrooms. The location is amazing, you can ride your bike along the river path into Fremantle in about 15mins, we are just up the hill from the Left Bank, a walk around the corner from Fresh Provisions and Woolworths and a stones throw from the tennis club, East Freo Yacht Club and Cricket Club! We already have a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, as well as a lounge suite, tv, dining table, pots and pans etc...basically just need a new fun roomie to share in our wonderful life. May be open to a couple, but obviously want to meet all those interested, share a cup of tea and see if it fits!
