This place is in a great location. Close to eastlands and along the utas bus route (5min walk). Lease is until Feb 19. We wake up to a great river view every morning. Though we are close to the roadways you dont hear the traffic at all. The house is a 4 bedroom house (hardwood floors, no carpet) with 2 living areas and a good size kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms (1 is an ensuite). Bedroom available is pretty standard size and comes with a built in wardrobe. We've only been in the house for a month though we have got a few things already set up. Iinet nbn is already installed. This is a small unit in the heart of Battery Point. It is walking distance from the CBD, Salamanca and Sandy Bay shops. The unit is fully furnished and got a under cover car spot. You get great views of Mt Wellington and River Derwent. There is a single bed in the room and could check with the landlord whether they will be happy to take it away if you need a double or queen size bed. The bills are about $80 per month during summer and about $130 per month during winter (heating is bit expensive). Unfortunately no pets are allowed. A gold fish or tortoise would be ok :)

I have a large house in Kingston Beach and I'm looking for a few 'more mature' people to share with, (35 plus). The house has four very large double rooms available (two upstairs and two down stairs), each has it's own separate private study/studio/chill out space. Two bathrooms, two lounge rooms and plenty of out door living space. 10 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to all shops and services in Kingston and 10 mins drive to Hobart.
