Water is included in the rent but there is an excess charge if we go beyond the allowance, which I have been told, is almost impossible to exceed. We have unlimited high speed NBN internet which comes with Optus' Yes TV and we have the sporting and entertainment channels that comes with it. I also have a Netflix account which I am more than willing to share with you. This internet/TV bundle costs $80 a month, after dividing between us, $40 a month. House is well kept with yard services. Carpeting looks brand new and the kitchen and shower looks to be newly installed. The entire house has A/Cs and fans throughout, including all the rooms. Looking for a housemate to share a 12th floor apartment in T1 Apartments, Sturt Street, in the CBD. It's a great apartment, with fully furnished living room, kitchen, etc, you will just need to furnish your own room. The apartment has a big balcony with a great view and a study which is largely unused. You'll have a bathroom to yourself (shared with any guests). I have internet and Foxtel set-up which you will need to split costs for (can negotiate fox if you don't want it), and rent price does not include electricity. The building is an excellent complex - pool and barbecue area, off-road parking and high security, with a swipe access front door and lifts that only allow access to the floor that you are living on/visiting. It is also over the road from City Lane and the new Woolworths, and very convenient to everything in the CBD.
