Very quite estate , all the rooms fit a queen bed and still have room to move around . House is only 4 year old so in good and healthy condition to live in. Bills will be split in the amount of people living in the house and internet is included in the rent . Pets not allowed. Must have a job .
This home has a lot of character and a lovely backyard. It’s a short walk to Pakenham train station, Coles, Woolworths and Target. It has air con and heating in the main living area, plus a built in bar in the lounge room which is great for entertaining. There is plenty of space in the house for two couples to live comfortably. The room has a built in wardrobe and you will be using the main bathroom. We are accepting of small pets, however the house is not equipped for a dog. The room will be yours to fill.
