Its about a 10 minute walk to Dandy station. The house itself is in a small court, right in the corner, that doesn't get a lot of through traffic. We have a large, fenced backyard, with plenty of room to move, and access to a large garage. The room itself is cozy, with an inbuilt wall-length wardrobe and vanity top, and a bedside table provided. Other than that, it is unfurnished. The room comes with access to a small living area adjoining the kitchen, which you would be free to do with what you want and if you want. It has a couch for use, and a rug. We recently had a split system installed by the landlord that is in the main lounge room, which is where we live most of the time when at home. It's an old house, but is comfy, and works for what it needs to be. There is a large kitchen that would be shared use (we don't mind sharing an odd meal here or there, but not on a regular basis), as well as the bathroom, which has a bath/shower combo. Internet is included in the rent cost, and is high speed ADSL. Bills (water, electricity and gas) would be split three ways, depending on use. There is a third small, spare room, which is primarily used for storage and hobbies. Non-smoking is preferable, but if you're willing to go outside to smoke, that's cool too. We have a zero tolerance for anything harder. We are open to the idea of pets, but on a quiet/non-fuss level.
