I am renting this lovely bright and airy 2-bedroom townhouse through a real estate in Ettalong Beach, so I am the head tenant. It is located in a very quiet part of South Woy Woy with a bush setting/lookout and district views over to Woy Woy Bay. It is the last townhouse in a small complex of 10, so there is only one neighbour on one side of the building who is also very quiet. You will be sharing with one female only. The complex is immaculately presented and very well maintained. There is a small courtyard as well as a large balcony overlooking the complex and distant views. It is close to buses and trains (a five minute walk to the bus stop going to Woy Woy or Umina) and a 5-10 minute bus ride to Woy Woy Train Station. I also have a small female cat, so someone who loves animals is a must, especially cats. The room for rent is quite roomy with a single bed and large built-ins with plenty of storage.

We have a room in a funky house in Horsfield Bay for rent. It is a double storey house, set in a massive bush block (1200m squared), with water views and direct water access. As mentioned, it's double storey and you would have a bedroom (choice between two rooms available) on the bottom level with a separate bathroom and entrance. Shared kitchen upstairs. Myself and my partner Brock plus our friend Karyn have just been approved for a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom property on acreage in Mount White 2250. (Moving dates for us are 17th and 18th of June) We're looking to find a 4th housemate/couple ASAP to share the rent and living space with us. We are animal loving down to earth people who are all full time and part time workers, there are multiple living/entertaining spaces in the house that would allow privacy and down time for you, in saying that we're all quite friendly and love to have a drink and play a few games, watch movies etc as mates. In the house will be 2 pythons, 4 lizards, 1 dog, 5 quails and 7 ducks... Karyn and I work in a veterinary clinic and will probably have animals in and out of the house frequently. Hi everyone! I have a 3 bedroom villa (slightly larger than most) on Flathead Rd, Ettalong beach. 50mtrs from the nearest bus stop and roughly 600mtrs from the markets, shops, waterfront & ferry. It is a well maintained, relatively new building which was built in 2002. I've recently emptied and fully cleaned the whole house and am now in the process of redecorating. There is reverse cycle ducted aircon throughout all rooms, 1 large bathroom & 1 ensuite, outside bbq & entertaining area, mirrored built in robes in all rooms, full kitchen facilities, plenty of storage space, washer, dryer & new clothesline. I will be definitely installing unlimited wifi. It's also highly likely I'll also install cable tv (lounge room) and TVs (free to air) in all rooms. Room can be keyed if you so desire. Each housemate will be expected to be mindful and respectful of each other. I am planning on this to be a friendly, fun and happy place to live. The location is amazing. You are over the road from the water and 5 min from the train station that takes 1h10min to Sydney. Shops and cafes are also at your door step. The property is large and you will be sharing with a couple, there is plenty of space, you also have built-ins, large ensuite bathroom and private balcony. The house is two story with living/dining and kitchen down stairs and bedrooms up stairs, so if you are doing shift work and working funny hours you don't have to worry about waking your roommates. The bedrooms are also on opposite ends of the house so very private. (The pic's don't really do it justice there is ample room for a double bed, more photos upon request)
