The house is within a ten minute walk or two minute drive to the local patrolled beach, surf point, ocean pool and boat ramp and is close to a pub, club, local convenience shop and service station. The house is air-conditioned and ample storage in the garage is available. I am an easy going person and i don't mind a bit of company every now and then.
