hi there, i am living in a MASSIVE house on the Golf Course in MArrara. House ion a quarter acre block. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. huge in ground pool and golf gate. pool table, outdoor entertaining. 2 x lounge rooms, large kitchen, carport undercover for your car, electric gate, and the room is at the front of the house away from other rooms. it is a massive room with built in cupboards. Air con throughout. room comes with Queen bed (no matress) and bedsides if you need them. otherwise can take them out. for 4 days of the week (alternate days) i have my 5 and 4yr old (girl & boy) staying with me. they share a room with bunk beds next to my room. its a large house with two tv's and we have tv's in our rooms so plenty of space and time to yourself. i have had a female flatmate for 6mths and now she is moving in with her BF- hence the need for another flat mate. there is a spare room. that i keep as spare. There is a great atmosphere and lovely home type feeling. The home is a 3 Bedroom Fully Furnished Elevated Home/Sharehouse. The Bedroom has a Queen size bed and bedside tables as well as being Air Conditioned and fanned with large BIR's. With open plan living area and a large Kitchen with a great outside elevated entertainment verandah to view the lovely tropical surrounds and the tropical storms, thunder and Lightening. Its an Awesome Place! Underneath the house is concrete storage bunker, and Laundry and plenty of area for a party with tables and chairs. It also has an under-cover Clothesline, great for when their is storms and rain and also a good size Plunge Pool/Spa to cool off each afternoon after work. This has a Saltwater Chlorinator and large sand filter so is easily maintained; as well as the Landlord provides an area maintenance man which is also our Property Manager. Peter is a very lovely man and manager. Sandhli moves out on 5th Nov as her Nursing contract at Darwin Hospital has ended as well as her Student Course is finished at Charles Darwin Uni. Bright and airy two bedroom apartment, located on the second floor of a small complex. Two oversized bedrooms, with aircon and 1 generous bathroom, along with two balconies and downstairs storage. Off street, covered parking avaliable for 1 car. The unit is tiled throughout, in neutral whites and wood accents. The kitchen is great for cooking in and reasonably sized. The owner allows a small pet, but would only be suitable for an inside small dog or cat. There is a grassed yard on the first floor, attached to the neighbours apartment, but they are flexible in allowing you to use it. We are very quite and keep to ourselves as we value our privacy due to working a lot so like our alone time so you would have space and privacy. We have a large in ground pool which is great for hot days like Darwin has been having lately. We do have 1 dog and 2 cats. So we have a very large fenced in yard so have privacy.
