We're located 2 minutes walk from McMahons Point Ferry Wharf, with a bus stop outside the building that will take you up to North Sydney train station. I have an amazing 2 bedroom apartment on Blues Point Road. There is a full length balcony with beautiful water views over Berry's Bay off the lounge dining, and an additional balcony off the bedrooms - street facing. The room has a built in Wardrobe and could fit a queen bed with Side tables/small chest. The place will be fully furnished, everything brand new so all you need to bring is your bedroom furniture. The house is an 8 minute walk to North Sydney station or a 5 minute walk to the Ferry and plenty of bus stops on the street. The street has a gym, post office, chemist, an organic mini grocer, pubs and plenty of cafes. There is only street parking available but no resident permit available however. It's hard to get past the view from the shared front lawn. Right across from the Opera House and only accessible for the residents. New Years Eve is always very special. Oh, and did I mention I am a wine importer? :) The building is art deco and the inside I hope is both charming and modern in it's furniture. Dining room for entertaining and a sofa that frankly you will feel at home on. I am a tidy person so if you are worried about a clean shared bathroom and kitchen you needn't be. You have 90% your own fridge so you can store/cook without any stress at all. With my previous flatmate we paid for a cleaner to come twice a month to wash/iron/change bedsheets, clean rooms/common areas and fold/iron any clothing.
