I’m currently looking for two housemates in this lovely three bedroom home in a quiet street super close to the city. Features include a modern bathroom and kitchen, spacious backyard and a nice big sunny deck out the front. There two rooms available are huge and both have built in wardrobes and air conditioning.
Love living here because it's in a nice quiet spot, with only the birdlife creating much noise. It's only a short drive to the cbd/supermarket and Western Freeway. There are two bus lines that run quite close, with the closest stop being about 500m away. The unit is 2 years old so is very easy to keep clean. We have a decent amount of storage in our single car garage. There is astroturf (fake grass) so almost no garden maintenance which is great. The room available nice and bright and a great size, it has built in wardrobes with full length mirrors. Bond is $413. Bills are not included in rent. We have central heating and a split system air con in the open plan living area. We are two students, 29 and 27, I’ve just recently moved into the house and am new to the area, Brooke enjoys catching up with friends, playing volleyball and going for walks. I love getting out and about on the weekends even though at the moment this isn’t happening due to a crazy uni schedule! I love cooking and just getting to know new people. We are both friendly and enjoy a good chat with our housemates but are out and about being quite social also. We are a non-smoking household. We are looking for someone in their 20's or 30's who has lived in a sharehouse before, is social, friendly and tidy. If you are interested to come and check it out/meet us, please send me a text or give me a call. We look forward to meeting you soon

The house has a very large backyard which backs onto the Yarrowee River which has walking tracks just metres from our door. There is plenty of on-street parking out the front and a large deck off the side of the house which will be perfect for a BBQ in summer. The bedrooms in this place are very large, however there are no robes. The toilet is seperate to a very large bathroom which comprises of a seperate shower and clawfoot tub. The house will be fully furnished besides from the bedrooms. Bills are not included in the rent, however with being uni students we like to be energy efficient to reduce the costs of these.

Cute little two bedroom cottage, off Peel street and close to the city. Has an industrial feel to the inside while the outside is Victorian style. The bedrooms are at the front so the afternoon sun shining in is lovely. I’m looking for someone around my age (20-30), ideally with some sort of income stream, that is trustworthy, bubbly and friendly.
If your looking for a great clean and comfortable place this is for you. Close to all the benefits of city living. I have two rooms in my home that can be used by flatmates as I am only at home once a week as I live in Melbourne. So it you get a house to your self.
This is a cute little property, fully furnished (except for the bedroom so you will need your own furniture for this), walking distance to Botanical Gardens, to Castlemaine township and the railway station. It is carpeted throughout (except for kitchen) and has ducted air for cooling in Summer and heat in the Winter. I am flexible with the person I would like to share with, but you must be working and not self-employed please. Also non-smoker.
