The house is in a sweet position on the Esplanade with beach views. It's a split level home with multiple hang out areas outdoors, front and back balcony plus a huge back yard downstairs and a few living areas including a huge rumpus room/mega lounge area with a built in bar. The house is pretty much furnished with essentials but there's a few gaps to fill if you have furniture and bits and pieces. The bedroom itself isn't huge - you can fit a queen size bed in there - I currently have a king single that makes it so much more roomy. You're welcome to use that or a spare double bed that I have.
The home is large enough to have your own space or to socialise with the other house mates. Swimming pool, outdoor BBQ area and cinema room with 120" projector screen. NBN Internet is unlimited and included in rent. The room comes with a single bed but can fit a double. It has a built in robe with mirrors.

The room availble for rent is the main bedroom at the front of the house. It provides the most privacy, has carperted floors, an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a walk in robe. The front of the house faces an quiet little park. The house itself is still fairly new, and all the amenities are clean and in great condition. We do own a dog, but he is limited to the garden and living areas only and will not be in your space (unless you want him to!) The laundy, living area and kitchen are shared, and we already own the neccesties such as a fridge and washing machine which are all free for you to use! The Seaford Meadows train station is visable (but not audible) from our house, and is only a 5 minute walk! Our internet is top speed Tesltra NBN.
