The house is located only a 10 minute walk to the fast train which connects both Melbourne and Bendigo, 2 mins to the Castlemaine mill, that includes a coffee house, bakery, taproom, gym and ice-cream shop. Rent is $180 a week, with 4 weeks rent as a bond. For those who like walking & running, the house is located 2 mins away from the beautiful botanical gardens. Absolutely no drugs.
This is a light filled sunny and airy home filled with art and flowers in the prestigious Mulbarton Golf course estate. Social membership of the golf course included in rent. Kangaroos are also residents of the estate and can be seen each day outside in the garden. Gisborne has some great places to eat, yoga and pilates studio within walking distance as well as the new Baringo village arthouse cinema which screens two movies daily each week. Foxtel point available but not connected. recently upgraded internet to NBN. central heating, but not cooling. you will also have access to a lot of free coffee, and on some occasions, a nice home cooked meal. 2 people here are an Apprentice Butcher and a Barista/Chef i am flexible on negotiating weekly rent in case asking amount is considered high
Room is very neat and clean as is the home. We are walking distance to the township and a 5-7 minute drive to the train station. The home is friendly and there is ample room if you need space and privacy. The home includes utilities and internet. Food & personal items are at your own expense. I generally do an all over clean but you will be responsible for cleaning up after yourself. eg cleaning your dishes and cleaning up after you cook etc.

Good quiet area with good neighbours, if you don't have a car the bus stop is only a few hundred metres away. Nice size place good open dining area and good size kitchen has dishwasher and nice cozy lounge and I've got great speed Internet. The available bathroom & toilet will be used only a couple of times a week by my 11y.o old son when he stays over but other than that it'll be all yours as I have my own bathroom and toilet. The room itself is standard size not big but not tiny it has a built in wardrobe which makes up for it.

The people you would be sharing with are the owner’s partner, Paloma, her cat Vladimir, another house mate we have yet to find and Anton who owns the house and he is only here every 2 weeks or so.
