Being located on Black Hill means we have a beautiful view of Ballarat from our front deck! The house is a 15-20 walk from the CBD and a 2 minute walk to a bus stop, post office, Black Hill pub and milk bar. We have central heating which is super important for those cold Ballarat nights and we also have a split system in the lounge and ceiling fans in every room (in case it ever gets hot in Ballarat haha). We have a dog named Teddy so liking dogs is essential! He is a Maltese-Shitzu and he's very cute. Our house is fully furnished (aside from your room) including washer and dryer, all kitchen appliances, and dishwasher. We also have a piano! Although we only have one bathroom the toilet is seperate, and sharing one between 3 people has never been an issue in the past. We are super easy going and would prefer to have a housemate who wants to spend time with us and enjoys the company of others as well as their own space so we can create a family-like feel in the house.
Close to the city centre. Very nice neighbourhood, secluded and big back yard. I do have a very large dog who sleeps inside but he is very friendly. You will sleep soundly knowing he will keep you're belongings are safe with him there. Bills are cheap considering the last power bill was 50 bucks.
