When the new rooms are fully functional the rent will raise to $180 per room for a single and $230 per room for a couple, per week. There is plenty of off street parking, but not undercover and included in the rent. Some limited garaged car space is available at an extra cost. The access road is sealed and the winding driveway has a gravel surface. Entry is by a security gate. My partner and I will continue to live on the property. Love living here because it's in a nice quiet spot, with only the birdlife creating much noise. It's only a short drive to the cbd/supermarket and Western Freeway. There are two bus lines that run quite close, with the closest stop being about 500m away. The unit is 2 years old so is very easy to keep clean. We have a decent amount of storage in our single car garage. There is astroturf (fake grass) so almost no garden maintenance which is great.
