Two rooms are available in this very new and modern house in Officer and there are a couple of options regarding how the rooms will be leased out. The preference is to lease both rooms to new housemates at $110pw each but if you want extra space you can lease both rooms for $220pw. I have two friendly indoor cats. Kairi is the more sociable of the two and is very curious and snuggly. Toby is a bit shy but warms up to people once he knows them.
