Looking for a professional, mature, considerate non smoking female to share my beautiful 4 bedroom cottage with me and my awesome 9 year old daughter (she spends 50% of her time with her dad). We are set amongst acreage with a fabulous outdoor living area and views abound. You would have your own bathroom and use of two bedrooms (1 could be made into your own living space). Both rooms have built in wardrobes so plenty of storage space - I have a queen bed in one but can remove if required. If you're looking for peace and quiet, look no further. Just a short drive to Terrey Hills with access to buses into the city. We are behind an electric gate and have off street parking -there is a bus stop within walking distance but it would be more suitable for a person with their own car. You must like dogs - I have two little old fluffy ones who will vie for your attention and force you to love them. Bills will be split but are generally quite low. We have unlimited internet access. I am happy to commence viewings at the start of September (I will be overseas until then), with a view to someone moving in around the beginning of October. 2 week bond and rent is to be 2 weeks in advance at all times.
