This is a great value apartment with ocean views and less than 10 minutes walk to the city. Perfect if you work in town. The balcony is a perfect spot to watch the sunset after a long day at work and the apartment complex has a large lap pool and ample street parking. The room has an air conditioner, ceiling fan and a small private balcony. It is unfurnished but a bed available to purchase if needed. Unfortunately, as it seems to happen in Darwin, my housemate is moving interstate for work. We have one fully furnished room to rent in a three bedroom apartment on Smith Street. Room is furnished with a queen sized bed, full length mirrored double wardrobe, air conditioning, fan, and duel bedside tables. The rest of the apartment includes a spacious living area and balcony. It is also fully furnished and air conditioned, with everything you’ll need from cutlery to a TV, to WiFi. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one male - 26, but you will have your own mirror, basin, and cabinets. The apartment has two allocated undercover parking spaces, and a third one, which we’ve convinced the neighbours is also ours.
