Master bedroom in large house. It measures about 6m/sq. the bedroom is darkened for shift work but you can let the light in also. It is airconditioned and has a ceiling fan. you will also have use of a very large formal lounge area. I do use it for a bit of storage tho. Ensuite and very well appointed walk in robe, air conditioned, ceiling fan, quiet cul-de-sac, small pool just for cooling down, living areas not air conditioned. My kids stay week on week off. I have 2 dogs. Shared expenses such as power and internet.
