Great apartment at riverside Hamilton harbour. There’s everything you need around the little precinct section and Portside wharfe is just across the street. Very close to airport , city , public transport , eatery’s, fuel stations , Woolworths , coles , take away food and there’s a gym down stairs at the door step or across at Portside. The apartment itself is furnished but any little things such as favourite cups /towels bowls etc are welcome as I will need more when a second person comes in. The bedroom is unfurnished and has a large 3 mirrored wardrobe. The bathroom is a shared one with just myself as I’m the only person in the place until someone comes in. Quite and friendly building , there’s also a pool to use aswell. The building is also pet friendly but it must go through approval first and there is an option to rent out a car space under ground if there is a space available.
