The house is a 2 bedroom old workers cottage located in Hendra. It's walking distance to Toombul shopping center and Eagle Farm racecourse. Close to public transport and close driving distance to the ICB and the City. To be honest it's not the prettiest house around due to its age but it's nice. It has a huge backyard and the area gets nice cool breezes thru the day and evening. The area is lovely and it's very popular with locals walking/exercising in the evening. The room is medium sized and sits at the back of the house and gets the best breezes. It has built in cupboards,ceiling fans,and polished wood floors. If you are a fitness person, the next street over is Healthworks Hendra which has pool,sauna,massages facilities at roughly $18 a week.
