I have a fairly large clean modern house 15 minutes from town and looking for one (or possibly two flatmates). The house has two lounge rooms and enough areas to find your own space. The kitchen is nice with a nice outdoor entertaining area and pool. I travel quite a bit for work so am often away (mostly through the week). The house is on the south side but is nice and has a nice resort type feel to the garden pool area and is a relaxing place to hang out. Supermarket, bottle shop, gym, doctors etc all 3 mins drive. Sugarworld fun park and gardens less than 4 mins drive. I have 2 rooms available but not sure whether I will rent them both out. One is normal size for $180 including electricity and internet. The other consists of 2 rooms with a connecting wall between them that slides open for $220. Great if you want your own private lounge or study.
