The flat is just behind King William Road so close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transport just outside the back door. Its about 10 minutes by bike to the city or 15min by bus. There is a little Foodworks outside the back fence for last minute groceries. It is a small block of four (only three currently lived in), with quiet and friendly neighbours. It is very quiet yet still close to everything. It is upstairs so it is fairly private, gets lots of light and a nice breeze. There is aircon but its hardly needed. The bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated. Gas cooking and hot water system. There is currently unlimited internet and the NBN has just been installed so happy to explore changing provider if the new housemate is interested. Balcony at the front and back of the flat, and the bedroom looks out over trees. The bedroom is unfurnished but should have a new built in installed before the new housemate moves in.
