This is a large, modern and well lit two bedroom apartment just out of the CBD which has been recently renovated. Its fully furbished (including the bedroom) has a lot of natural light and is only a 5 minute walk to Hutt St with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. There is secure parking available on site and is really easy to get around by public transport, walking or car. The WiFi works very well as does the brand new air conditioner which has been recently tested for several days running during our Adelaide heatwave. The house is a great old cottage in a quiet area of the CBD, close to everything and with trees and the parklands very close by. The place is a little old but quite spacious and comfortable, with a nice backyard (plenty of room to hang a couple of hammocks), a garden, spacious kitchen and free parking out front. I have unlimited wifi, a washing machine, furniture in the house. It's a cool, laid back, relaxing place to live. We live super close to the city, you can walk, ride your bike or catch the bus to the city. We have all the furniture in all common areas. You would just need to furnish your room but happy for you to add your own style to our home so it feels just as much yours as it is ours. The room is large and is based at the front of the house.
