It is quite a nice area in Emerald for walking, with great views. All utility bills are included in the rent (electricity, gas, water internet). HOUSEMATES Jeff is currently studying to be a teacher while working part-time at secondary school close to home. Jeff’s specialty is baking homemade bread, but he’s also the go-to person for random facts, advice on shoes, watches and technology. Nico is our resident Dutchman - an animator by trade and music producer by night (with headphones). He enjoys screenwriting, going to gym and passionately denies the existence of his doll collection. Stefan, Also a teacher- loves to surf, play guitar, drink coffee, grow plants and regularly buys flowers for the house from a local market because he's an absolute gem. Our property is a one of a kind, peaceful slice of paradise! We live at the end of a private lane, so there is literally no passing traffic. We are surrounded by 2 acres of beautiful established gardens, overlooking our 10 acres of horse paddocks and the hills beyond. Our neighbours on all sides are farms - both orchards and cattle grazing. I have included some photos that show the stunning surrounds and outlook. The house is a spacious 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 lounge plus study, with big verandahs and an outdoor eating area. Our housemate would have their own private 'wing' of the house as highlighted in red on the floor plan uploaded. This includes a private bathroom and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own exterior door, which gives added privacy.
