This tasteful house is brand spanking new, and part of the equally new Vista Estate. The house is adjacent to a beautiful landscaped park, with beautiful sea views. We are located a stones throw (if you have a good arm) to Aldi, 24hr Gym and Medical Centre. The stunning Moana Beach is a four minute drive away, and we have all of McLaren Vales amazing cellar doors.....on our doorstep. The Seaford Train station is also an easy one minute drive, or 10 minute walk away. Your fully furnished double room has a walk in robe, so plenty of room for your stuff. Your bathroom is yours, and so is the separate toilet :) You will also have sole use of IT Hub if you wish. Bedding, and towels are provided. All you have to do is bring your clothes. I am happy to share all kitchenware too. There is an alfresco area outside, set up for Summer dining. However, still a work in progress......sorting out the landscaping as I type ; )
We live walking distance to the train station and 5 minute drive to the beach. The house is modern and has a medium backyard. We love our house very much and thought it might be nice to make use of our spare rooms and get to know new people. We welcome couples or single people and pets welcome but just have to make sure they will be okay with our landlord and our beautiful dog and kitten
The house is a large 4 bedroom, two bathroom, two living room home with a double lock up garage. It also has ducted and zoned air conditioning. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the train station which gets you into town within 40 minutes. It is also only 5 minute walk to the nearest shopping centre which has a Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse and several cafes/food outlets. The beach is about 1km away. It’s a quiet neighbourhood with great neighbours. Potential flat mate could fully utilise two beds, have their own lounge room and use half the garage. The laundry has a Bosch front loader washing machine and a dryer. The house has ample storage including walk in pantry,linen cupboard and laundry storage as well as built in, mirrored robes to the bedrooms. Outside there is a low maintenance garden (no lawn mowing required) outdoor dining table setting, a sun lounger, gas bbq and another seating nook. Smoking is restricted to outside only and a small dog will be considered. Netflix and nbn fast internet are currently connected and access to both of these are via negotiation. It’s up to you.
