Property is pretty big... so lots of room for privacy.... 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs and then second bathroom downstairs near the garage.... I don’t mind sharing the bathroom upstairs because it’s convenient being next to the bedrooms but if you prefer to have your own bathroom then I’m happy for you to claim the one downstairs (I’ve never used it) All bedrooms have built ins and ceiling fans.... living area has air con. Modern appliances and dishwasher. I have a garage which I use it for work but there’s space on property to park vehicles outside. There’s also plenty of storage under house if you need to keep stuff in storage Beautiful deck area outside with green outlook and bbq area... and 2 min drive from town center.
The available granny/ studio flat is very large, beautiful and bright ( the photos make it look a bit dark but they were taken at the end of the day with the sun streaming through), with a seperate modern kitchen and bathroom area. The large windows are full of natural light looking onto a large patio and the back garden. There is off street parking for one car. If growing your own food appeals to you, there is a garden bed available to do that. The house itself is in a historical section of town within walking distance to great cafes and restaurants, a variety of shops, playing fields, parks, a library and an art gallery.

Suit quiet working friends happy to share one bathroom. There is off road parking. House Rules. Overnight visitors to be negotiated with me along with additional small fee towards electricity, water and such like. Non smokers please. There are very quiet pets on the property. they are well mannered.
This lovely new Hampton Style home is in a private court surrounded by trees in the beautiful Hinterland of Cooroy. There are many boutiques, a great IGA and minutes away from Tewantin, noosaville and aprox 20-25 minutes to Hasting street and the lovely beaches. Living at the start of the Hinterland is very peaceful, away from more densely populated areas. There is public transport but a car would be more reliable. Cooroy is just so lovely living here with quaint shops, great eating places, IGA supermarket and all within 5 minutes in car. People are very friendly and this town has nice vibes. This new development ( address not available on maps so ive used friend’s address).

It’s a share house with granny flat type of accomodation. Not completely blocked off but quite private. Fully self contained. No shared bathrooms. Even has own washing machine. Looking out to pool area surrounded by palms. Own kitchen and living area. Two tv’s. One in lounge other in bedroom. Large clean fresh open room.
Dog lover wanted ! If you love furry people this place is heaven on earth. 2 acres of lush tropic gardens and a huge pool. Large verandahs for relaxing. Decent sized room with own bathroom. Only five minutes drive from Coolum Beach but it feels like you have escaped from town. Newly renovated kitchen with large gas stove, walk in pantry etc. Unlimited NBN available also. Ceiling fans throughout house. It’s just my daughter, nearly seven and myself in the house, and have two senior labs, two cats and chickens. I also have a small hobby business dogsitting specializing in labs and retrievers so there is most often a few extra labs and Goldie’s around 💗
