We have available one single bed fully furnished good sized room, we generally rent our rooms to female international students and employees. The room has good privacy because it doesn't adjoin other bedrooms. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, a washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. Services bills, Wi-fi and some consumables are included in the rent. The house is in Millswood, near Goodwood, 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, and close to the G10 and G40 bus routes that go to the "front door" of Flinders Uni, and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg (Adelaide's most popular beach and beach side shopping). The area: Our humble little abode is in an absolutely prime location! Just off south road so heading down to Flinders and marion shopping centre is a breeze, just off richmond road so the city is just minutes away and just off anzac highway so there is easy access to glenelg! We live 3 minutes drive from kurralta park shopping too so coles, pharmacy, k-mart, bottle-o and cafes (pretty much everything you'll need) is close :) The house: The house itself is an older, rustic house with lots of character! A mixture or floor boards and dark slates throughout. Tori and I are both fans of DIY projects and plants, so these things feature a lot throughout our house haha. We have a large backyard, however its cement and barkchips.. but we have an undercover area and bbq which we use quite often. The house also has foxtel and unlimited internet :) The house is also fully furnished except for an outdoor setting.. feel free to bring that along with you if you have one!
