I was an Air bnb Superhost (clearing 2k per month prior to real estate, owner and strata got jealous; written into strata bylaws, in conflict with their hypocritical serviced apartments, Kells Lawyers owns building, so no (obvious) home business unfortunately. The house is located in central Wollongong short walking distance to the mall, shops, beach, restaurants and the free bus service.
