The day I turned up for the house inspection there was a very friendly domestic bunny on the front lawn. Definitely a sign 😉 The area is quiet, leafy and green. Short bus ride or a half hour walk to uni, 15 minute walk into the heart of town, and only a few blocks from the hospital. The flat itself is sunny and modern, opening onto a nice sized, sunny balcony. Both rooms have mirrored built in wardrobes. There's an induction cooktop in the kitchen (don't worry, I have compatible kitchenware!), plenty of bench space, and the bathroom looks to have very recently been re-done. Very modern. I dont have a whole lot of furniture yet, but I'll be picking up some bits and pieces. The room comes with the option of a queen bed frame - if you'd like it. If you've got some stuff you'd like to bring with you, I'm also good with that. I don't have internet set up yet because I have a big data plan on my phone, but very happy to get it connected. I'm not a smoker, but I dont judge - so long as you keep it to the balcony.
The views are spectacular and it's great to sit on the decking eating a meal, feeding the wild birds or just having a wine! My home is in a quiet area and is in a very friendly neighborhood. Buses are close by and the train station is a quick drive away. Internet is included but very slow (damn NBN!)

Quiet level/complex, families & proffessionals. Noise to be kept to reasonable & respectable level in conjunction with normal council & unit complex rules. I'm sole lessee. It’s requested all potential flatmates to complete an application for additional occupant approval (I have the forms, pretty standard). Once approved & your share of security bond standard 4 week split paid (paid off gradually in addition to rent, under a negotiated written tenancy agreement fine too) You can move in & given responsibility of your own set of keys. 2 bedroom house on a quiet street and only 5 minutes walk from Wollongong CBD, train and bus station. With the beach also a convenient 10 min walk away. The massive room is fully furnished but can also have items removed if requested. We are ideally looking for a quiet and respectful person with full time employment or study and is easy to get along with. (No party animals.). Couples are also welcome for an extra $20. All yard maintenance, weekly bins, and laundry facilities are provided as well, so just have to tidy up after yourself. Also rent is not affected by other people moving in or out. All bills are included in this and we also have unlimited internet. We do require a 3 week bond and first weeks rent but also have no minimum or maximum stay with only 3 weeks notice at any point required.
