First room is large and double brick which is warm in winter and cool in summer. It has double glazed French doors onto a private deck. Gym equipment on deck. The second smaller room is upstairs in the main living area with built-ins. The house has amazing views to the north over distant hills. There is ducted airconditioning throughout the house. There is off street parking available. It is at the end of a cul-de- sac, which is quiet and a nice neighbourhood. No outside gardening/lawn mowing required by you but there is a small veggie garden if your keen on growing veggies.

Its a shared bathroom big yard no pets unfortunatly except my 2 rats but we can ask the realestate in regards to pets when signing the lease again.
