Great location. Very quiet and a true bush setting. Outdoor bbqs and smoking outside. Strictly drug free environment, no pets as there is plenty of wildlife here. Certainly not a 5 star place but it is to me. Dry storage available for bulky items. The room does have a single bed but everything is optional. A working person is needed to be reliable with the rent or be absolutely loaded and proove it. Lol. Im an ausie bloke and im certainly not racist. However a similar person to myself would be looked at more favorably. Its available now and another 2 rooms will be available shortly. The room does have built in robes and a full length window looking at the bush setting. So if you like to chill by the outdoor bbq or read a book or even like to tinker in a shed, this place could be for you.
