We have a room available in our beautiful Fremantle character house, just a short walk from the beach and central Fremantle. The $300pw room is the biggest in the house, suitable for a couple and comes fully furnished. There is a sea view also to catch the sunset! The $250pw room is to suit a single only, but can come furnished. This room has nice access to the front balcony. Other housemates are Australian/English and aged between 23 and 35. We all work hard and respect each others quiet but are equally sociable. The house itself is huge, and benefits from a large communal area with lots of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped and there is Wi-Fi available throughout. Aside from location, the best part about this house is the outside space. We have an absolutely HUGE garden, two sheds, a few seating areas and off road parking for four cars. Rent includes all bills, internet, a gardener and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas. Our house is close to South beach (7 minute bike ride) and Fremantle so it's perfect for getting lots of beach action. We are conveniently located near shops and public transport. The house itself is quite spacious with some big common areas, but the bedrooms are opposite sides of the house so you still get your privacy. Ducted air con to keep cool in summer!
This is a cosy shared house, with large bedrooms, semi furnished with polished floorboards, large windows with nice view of the garden, located in a very nice neighbourhood, 5 mins walk to the shops and 5 mins drive to freo. 1 free car space and plenty of street and verge parking. There is a 42 inch tv in the living room for your enjoyment, and ducted air conditioning throughout the house. The 1st bedroom is 4.1 x 3.5m, and is $120/week plus a flat rate of $30/week for water, gas, electricity, and internet. The 2nd bedroom is 3.3 x 3.3m and is $110/week plus utilities as above. Hilton is a fantastic area to live in , it is close to South Freo Beach , close to the buzz of Fremantle café strip , pubs and clubs , it's a very leafy suburb with friendly neighbours . The house is just off south street with IGA, pharmacy, bus stop, post office and Gilbert fresh around the corner. It's a cosy home with quite large bedrooms and common areas. The room is fully furnished (but if you prefer your own we can clear the room) , rooms have polished floor boards and ceiling fans , A/c in living room and dining area. The master room we have to offer has a full length huge wardrobe, perfect if you come with a lot of stuff. We offer unlimited wifi, gas, electricity & water all included in the rent and most importantly we a have a Dishwasher! ;) We live with a little old dog called Max (chihuahua), who will keep to himself and sleep most of the day but loves a pat and cuddle if your up for it.
