It’s such an awesome location! The house is a 2 mins walk to the beach or Sailing club, just a hop skip and a jump from Sth Trc where you’ll be spoilt for coffee choice, restaurants, pubs and gift shops. I’ve just discovered the vegan ice cream shop: dangerous!!!! Everything is at our doorstep. Free cat bus to Freo. Great Freo experience!

About the house; Easy walk to Leighton beach, 1 minute walk to Mrs Browns, Mojos and cafes, 5 minutes walk to NF train station, what more could you want. The room available is V large, and unfurnished, there is a large living room, a sunroom and a huge backyard (Promise it's been mowed since the picture). Rent is $150/week and bills split evenly.
