It's a beautiful, fully furnished apartment, amazing building, and so close to everything that Fremantle has to offer. It really sells itself. The pictures are actually from the real estate page (I move in next week) but I will be furnishing the place almost exactly as it's shown in the photos. I'll have a TV with Foxtel (sport + movies) though won't be connecting the internet. The apartment has a/c but not in the room itself. Will be installing a ceiling fan in the room - though with where the apartments are, getting a cool breeze isn't a problem! 120 Wray Avenue is an older house with tall ceilings, it’s super central to fremantle. Galatia’s is just down the road and we have a pub and bottle O across the street. We do have a fire pit outside where when the fire ban is lifted you can enjoy a nice fire with a few friends out the back. It’s a pretty nice living. We do have ample parking outside but if there’s nothing available you can just use moondynes. There’s also a pharmacy, pretrol station and a few cafes all within 2 minutes away.
This is a fantastic place close to Fremantle, with character and ocean views from your bedroom, with a treed courtyard in which to relax, and a spotty dog and a splodgy cat as company. The house is an easy walk to Wray Avenue cafes and shops, just a little bit further to Freo town centre and train station. South Beach is 2km away. The closest bus is around the corner on South Street, which takes you to Freo and/or Murdoch Uni. The room is simply furnished, has air conditioning, faces west to the ocean and overlooks the courtyard. There is an outdoor pizza oven which you're welcome to use.
