Very clean, private and new little unit. Lots of sun. There is a little yard and a front courtyard. Pretty quiet area, close to Hastings pier and easy walk to the main street and shops. There is a lock up garage, which you can use. I just park in front of it, but you are more than welcome to use it. The room unfortunately, doesn't have a built in robe, but I can get one for you, unless you have furniture of your own. There is a queen bed in there atm, but again, if you have your own furniture, I can move it. Good heating system! Stays pretty cool in summer and only a 10 min drive to the beach. Non smokers only.

Our house is set on an acre of land and is surrounded by farms but still only a stroll to the shops. It's so relaxing here and very homely. We are renting the second level of our home which includes bathroom, lots of wardrobe space, bedroom with a sitting area and kitchenette which includes a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. There is a split system in the bedroom which heats/cools the whole of upstairs as it is very efficient. You are welcome to use our Laundry facilities on the weekends. It's so great living on the peninsula, so many great wineries and beaches only 15 mins drive away.

We are close to the beaches and live in a beautiful town. We have an outdoor entertainment area and we don't mind smokers as long as it is outside. We have wifi and foxtel and your room has a Queen sized bedroom suite in it if you need it. Your room and bathroom is off a halfway so you can shut the door for extra privacy. There is a spare room if you wanted to make it a mini lounge room of your own. My home is on a private secure estate and it is, very quiet here. You have a choice of three rooms all with built in wardrobes and you will have your own en-suite bathroom and toilet. Also, you will be the only one in my home apart from me, so at times you will have the place to yourself but no parties please. So basically, you have an amazing four bedroom home to yourself for the cost of a night out on the tiles, lol. I love my cooking and it's far easier to cook for two people, so if you like, we could come to some arrangement about meals and it won't be beans on toast!!!! The hot tub/spa here is good and you're more than welcome to use it at your leisure. My home is clean and tidy. I do have a cat that is very well behaved but I do spoil him as I'm not married I've never had children but isn't that what cats are for. In saying that, I don't want anyone that does'nt like cats and I'd like someone that I can trust to be alone with him please. Me: I'm a professional working in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the surrounding areas. I travel a bit interstate with work sometimes. I'm active and I like to keep busy but I also enjoy a good movie or the AFL on the couch on a weekend. I'm extremely easy going, open minded and very sociable. I love my various sports. I'm very well traveled and love Asia and the Asian cultures but need to learn more, especially the food, ha ha. You: I'm looking for a responsible, honest, clean "female" to share my home with and I would prefer someone for a long term. A non smoker without children is a must, sorry.
