Hello! The place is a brand new open plan living type home located in a really quiet spot in the Livingston Estate. You get an entire room and the main bathroom/toilet to yourself which is on the other end of the house so privacy is there, the rooms also have built in robes and blackout blinds. The whole house besides the main rooms are tiled so perfect for summer. The entire place is ducted with heating and cooling which is super easy to use aswell. The place has a dishwasher and massive oven, plenty of cupboard space and 100mbps NBN, only problem is the girlfriend wont let me run ethernet cables through the house so wifi only, but its still quick as ever. Its a 12 month old house so everything is pretty much still shiny and we want to try keep it that way.
