The house is inclusive of all utilities and bills but internet is to be negotiated between you and the other tenant as its under her name. She is happy to accept anyone as long as you split the cost with her. The house is quiet and fairly large. The house has plenty of car parking as it sits on 6 acres and will be shared between you and us the owners. We do not live there but do run a casual business from there. The property has great views to the dam a covered bbq area and is air conditioned. We do have plans to add extra bathrooms and to modernise the current kitchen. The house is fully equipped with furniture and all kitchen utensils as well as bedding. The property is very private and clean.
