The unit is a 5 min walk to Cronulla mall and train station, and only a couple of streets back from the Ocean. The unit has a modern bathroom, sun-facing open sun lounge area, and well-kept furniture throughout. The bedroom has a double built in wardrobe with shelves, already has a double mattress for use so just a bed frame would be needed. I always keep the unit very clean so would love to find a roommate who is clean and tidy also. Bills are not included in rent but electricity is usually $45 a month and unlimited internet is $27.50 a month. I am actually looking to move up to Northern Beaches within the next 3 months so the stay with me would be short term, but if you like the apartment you can always apply for the lease after I leave 😊

I work in the airline industry, which means I’m away at least 2-3 nights per-week, so you will have plenty of space – I’m hardly there. Rent is $350 per week.
