Lovely newly renovated, heritage listed home backing onto the Royal National Park, close to the train station at Waterfall. Terrific for bushwalking and in summer the beaches are close by and some great swimming holes. The yard is a good size for BBQs and during winter we enjoy the fire pit and a glass of wine with friends. We are only 4 houses in the street with very friendly neighbours.

Under 5 mins drive will get you to Stanwell Park beach and Bald hill. 10 mins will get you to Sea Cliff bridge, Scarborough Hotel and Otford walking trails (the famous Coast track: Bundeena to Otford). All top quality places to enjoy life. Would suit someone looking for the quieter side of life and wants to take advantage of the surrounding beaches and hiking tracks. You will need a car to live here as the train station is a 20 min walk down the escarpment and during rain or night time this could be a problem.

The house is a 3 bedroom town house, on Port Hacking Road - 5 mins walking distance to the train. The house is completely furnished. It has a built-in robe and fits a queen bed and enough room for a bedside table. We have a double garage which is being used mostly for storage and can also be used by our new tenant for storage. Rent is $210 per week and includes all bills, internet and foxtel! The room is available immediately and the lease is signed up until February 2018 so there is potential for a 6-7month stay. We are asking for a bond of sorts, equivalent to 2 weeks rent upfront.
