My apartment is in an amazing location !! Main shops and train station are 10 min walk, there's a small convenience store and BWS only 2 mins away, and there's a small quiet beach literally 1 min away 😎 I live on a pretty quiet sreet and the building is pretty chilled with nice neighbours. The unit itself is fairly new and has been renovated. Plenty of natural light and very cool indoors. It has a pretty big balcony (not much of a view sorry). The room is fairly big and there is a built in wardrobe and other storage is available if needed. It is unfurnished however my current housemate is selling her bed and shelving (as seen in photo) for $300 if you are interested.
Quiet street , big back yard that backs off onto the national park nice place for bushwalks.Roommates and I keep the place clean and expect the same in return. We are pretty much a family cooking up a big dinner and enjoying the meal at the dinner table when every one is home. Everyone is friendly and sociable so I'm sure we will all be friends and get along. We have a dog ,she is an outside dog and rather well behaved. We hold a meeting every now and then to resolve issues with the house/what's bothering them. Too noisy at certain times ,leaving a mess ect.

The rest of the place is shared with one other tenant, a 21 yo male who works 5 to 6 days and occupies the upstairs you will hardly see him. There are two fridges so you don't need to fight for a single shelf like some share places ;) It's 10 minutes walk to the train station *which is 2 stops from Cronulla beach!) and 5 minutes walk to the public pool. There is even a secret tree-lined set of pathways linking to The Kingsway and excellent access if you're into cycling or want to burn off some killojoules :D It's a townhouse at the back of a small tree-filled complex, which makes it very quiet... and so far we haven't even been aware of the common walls. There is space in the garage for a bike and you can stack some extra boxes against the wall if you need the extra storage but you have HEAPS in your room. You will be sharing the main bathroom (which has a bath, shower and vanity) with another girl, who is neat and tidy so we are looking for someone to be the same as it's a shared space for you both. Above all we have a drama-free and drug-free home! We're not party animals (well not in the house anyway hehe) and respect is THE biggest part of this great place. P.S. Sorry no dogs or cats allowed, landlord's rules but I'm sure budgies and fish would be a go, so bring Nemo along!!
