This is my home in which I share with my six year old daughter every second week. Please note I am seeking to share with a female only. I recently decked my house out with all new furniture and electrical goods. So whilst the house is all nice and new, I will need care to be taken. All that you need to bring is your bedroom furniture and a positive attitude! The house itself is only about five years old and it is situated in a nice area, close to shops, bus stop and recreational amenities. There are a few nice walking/bike trails around as well as a family BBQ and playground area. It is a 1-minute walk from the local shops and a 3-minute drive from the train station. And it takes 30 minutes on the train to the city. The room available is 10 feet by 8.5 feet (approx'), has additional space for an inset wardrobe, is carpeted and well lit with a large window facing East. The main bathroom you will share with my daughter only as I have an en suite in the main room. I am a very clean and tidy person and I like my house to be kept clean too. Please note this is important to me and you will need to be a naturally clean and tidy person for the arrangement to work. I enjoy burning candles and oils, and having the house smell pleasant so this will need to be okay. $150 and will divvy up bills.
