My partner and I are looking to let a small furnished room in our home. This room features a built in wardrobe, queen bed, bedside table with lamp, a chest of drawers as well a small desk and chair. Our home features a large outdoor entertaining area with BBQ as well as a herb garden which housemates are welcome to use. Common areas are cleaned weekly, internet is unlimited and included in rent, however other bills are not included and are divided equally. We are both 25 years old, working full-time and studying part-time. As such we don't have a great deal of time to socialise with housemates. We tend to be early risers and get to bed early so you'll need to be respectful if coming home later in the day. The home is close to public transport on Hanson road (but far enough that it's fairly quiet ;) ) and only a few minutes drive to great local Vietnamese restaurants. Ten minutes on the bus to the nearest shopping centre and there is ample street parking nearby. We have three indoor cats, they're super friendly :)

hi there, I have a 3 bedroom house with sleepout at Semaphore to share with myself. It has a large backyard and garden with a big shed as well for storage if needed. It had polished floorboards throughout as well as a wood heater with a large kitchen. It is in a quiet street with of off street parking and is a secure property. There is public transport at the end of the street and is 500 metres from the beach and a 5 minute walk to Semaphore road Where the great pubs and restaurants are. Hoping to hear from you cheers
