My cottage is located on 5 acre horse property in beautiful Mount Kilcoy with pristine rural views. 5 minute drive to Kilcoy township, 15 minutes from Woodford. It is airconditioned, has Foxtel and a carport. There is only one bathroom and toilet which is not large or new. Other official residents of the house include three inside/outside cats, an outside Jack Russell dog, one chook and two horses. Unofficial residents include a variety of wildlife - deer, wallabies, koalas and even an echidna! Another little dog who doesn't chase chooks or cats would be ok. Another cat may be acceptable if he/she gets on well with other cats. There would also be space for a horse, with the cost of agistment being additional to the rent of the room. There is a shelter yard and small paddock available and shared use of the roundyard and (unfenced) arena.

Brand new house in a new quiet housing estate a short walk to Laidley CBD. House is brick and tile fully furnished except 2 beds which will be purchased if required. A friendly dog is welcome as I have an aged border collie which would love company.The yard is totally secure with a high new timber fence. . Foxtel is available. I have my own ensuite bathroom so two rooms available have there own bathroom. As yet I have not connected wifi as I use a dongle but am willing to connect. I have only been here two months so have just got place settled. . All rooms have ceiling fans and built in wardrobes with a desk in one and drawers in others. It is a reasonably short walk to Laidley to catch the uni bus.or it might even pick up at end of street. Air con is available in living and kitchen area. It would be an advantage to have your own transport but not a necessity. I am renting so rental rules apply. It is a lovely house in a very quiet street.
